The northernmost part of India, one of the passages of the ancient Silk Road. Astonishing “flat” valley surrounded by colossal mountains. Amazing valley where you can meet camels roaming in a miniature sahara at 3000 meters altitude. Amazing entrance door when you will cross the highest road in the world (around 5600 meters!). And finally vision of an amazing giant Buddha visible for miles around!

The Nubra Valley is also a territory stuck (and claimed) by China and Pakistan.
